The food that you eat, and drinking plenty of water! You make your hair healthy from the inside, out! A well balanced diet and foods that promote growth (Salmon, Tomatoes, Walnuts…) are all very good for your hair.

Shine is light reflection…in order for light to reflect there has to be a flat surface. While we don’t have “flat hair,” there are some methods for promoting shine.

Cold water rinses, sealing of cuticles, Prepoo, and vinegar rinsing before your shampoo are a few ways to promote shine, even when your hair is in it’s natural state. *Moisturized hair is the shiniest hair!

Most Locs can be removed. Loc extensions are no different. I install my Loc extensions for longevity. So if you choose, you can keep them for the rest of your Loc life.
